BMC Child Safety Standards
Effective: 8 September 2026
BMC prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation in every part of the service, including public posts, anonymous content, communities, Moments, media, direct messages, live rooms, profiles, and AI interactions.
Prohibited conduct
Users must not:
- create, upload, request, possess, distribute, or promote child sexual abuse material;
- groom, sexually solicit, exploit, sextort, traffic, or endanger a child;
- sexualize minors or share intimate imagery involving a person under 18;
- use anonymous posting, communities, messaging, live media, or AI to evade these rules.
Reporting concerns
Use the in-app Report or Block controls where available. Child-safety concerns can also be sent directly to support@bmc.app. Include the relevant username, content link or identifier, and a description. Do not download, copy, or email suspected illegal imagery.
How BMC responds
BMC reviews reported content and accounts, restricts access or removes material where appropriate, preserves information when legally required, and suspends or deletes accounts that violate these standards. When BMC confirms apparent child sexual abuse material, it acts in accordance with applicable law, including reporting to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children or the appropriate regional authority where required.
Child-safety contact
The designated BMC contact for Google Play child-safety communications is support@bmc.app. This mailbox must be monitored by personnel authorized to escalate urgent safety reports.
BMC is not an emergency service. If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or the appropriate child-protection authority now.
