Delete your BMC account
BMC users can permanently delete their account and associated data from inside the app:
- Sign in to BMC.
- Open Profile.
- Open Settings.
- Under Danger zone, choose Delete account.
- Review the consequences and confirm Delete permanently.
Request deletion without the app
Email support@bmc.app from the address used for your BMC account. Use the subject BMC account deletion request. We may ask you to verify account ownership before processing the request.
What is deleted
Your profile, posts, replies, account-owned uploads, appointments, check-ins, therapy records, AI conversations, conversations, direct messages, and other account-owned records are deleted. BMC also clears account-linked information stored locally by the app after the server confirms deletion.
Limited retention
BMC may retain limited records where required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or resolving safety and moderation reports. Those records are not retained for advertising.
